Custom Consoles

After seeing a wooden Xbox I wondered what else people had done with theor consoles and PCs. Heres some of what I found. I don't think I would have the time or the patience to do this but they are great to look at.

The Greatest Game of All

What better way to kick off this blog than with the greatest game of all time in my opinion, Tetris. Some people might argue and throw other games into the hat but this game crossed barriers and anyone that started to play it had an addiction for a while. From parents having a "quick game" on family holidays to the more serious gamer, Tetris has been there for you and you just can't help but love it.

Created in the early 80's by Alexey Pajitnov and combining the Greek numerical prefix 'tetra' with tennis for the iconic name, the game really achieved global recognition with its 1989 release for the handheld Nintendo console, Gameboy.

The game, and it's infuriating yet catchy music has managed to remain popular with remakes, music remixes and even entries into the fashion world being based on the famous design.
